Privacy Policy

We process account details provided through your organization’s approved identity provider, such as your name, email address, and stable account identifier. We also process workspace configuration, content, comments, approvals, publishing instructions, uploaded source material, and product telemetry needed to operate the service.

When a connected channel is enabled, ContentForge may process channel account identifiers, publishing results, and engagement metrics according to the permissions granted by your organization.

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, provide content operations features, maintain an audit trail, secure and improve the service, and support your organization. ContentForge does not sell personal information or use customer workspace content for unrelated advertising.

ContentForge relies on service providers for identity, cloud hosting, storage, monitoring, and connected-channel functionality. They may process limited information under their own contractual and security obligations. Google provides upstream authentication and AWS Cognito brokers the application session.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, preserve authorized audit history, and comply with law. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted transport and tenant-scoped authorization checks.

Your organization controls workspace membership and connected services. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete information should be made through your organization’s ContentForge administrator or account representative. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or audit purposes.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or to the applicable organization contact. Privacy questions can be directed to your ContentForge account representative.
