Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized access to the ContentForge content-operations service. Organization-specific agreements take precedence where they apply.

Effective September 4, 2026

Authorized use

You may use ContentForge only on behalf of an organization that has authorized your access. You are responsible for protecting your identity-provider account, following your organization’s policies, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Customer content

Your organization retains its rights in content and source material submitted to ContentForge. It grants ContentForge the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that material to provide the requested service.

Approvals and publishing

Generated or assisted content may contain errors. Users must verify factual claims, names, dates, links, rights, and regulatory requirements before approval or publication. Your organization’s designated approval workflow remains the final authority.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, or use ContentForge to violate the rights of others. Connected social accounts must be used consistently with each network’s rules.

Availability and changes

The service may change as features and integrations evolve. Preview, demo, or setup-required capabilities are not commitments of future availability. Service levels, support obligations, and commercial terms are governed by the applicable organization agreement.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect users, customer data, connected services, or the integrity of ContentForge. When an organization ends service, data is handled according to its agreement and applicable retention requirements.
